EZY DAYOUT is a discovery and enquiry directory for resorts, villas, homestays and farm stays. We connect travellers with property owners directly. We are not a booking platform or travel agent — all bookings, pricing, and confirmations are handled directly between you and the property.

3. Account Registration

To send enquiries or write reviews, you must verify your mobile number via OTP. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Property Listings

Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, photos, and pricing. EZY DAYOUT verifies properties before listing but does not guarantee the accuracy of every detail at all times. Always confirm details directly with the property before finalizing plans.

5. Enquiries & Communication

When you send an enquiry, your contact details are shared with the property owner so they can respond. EZY DAYOUT is not responsible for the property's response time, availability, or the outcome of your booking arrangement.

6. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

EZY DAYOUT is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from bookings, stays, or transactions conducted directly between travellers and property owners.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
